8-11 Saturday Track , yes Just under target Most noteworthy is my resting heart rate currently it's at an outstanding 47 BPM down from 62(tax season) Tomorrow is my Dads memorial golf outing. Typically not a great step day.

Friday 8-10 Logged yes Under calorie Exercise by walking got rained on after hitting my target of 20,000 steps. Weight in day tomorrow. :o :o

Aug 9 Thursday Tracking yes Calories yes Exercise 16,600 steps Won my day game, went to an amusement park (Kennywood) I was so tempted by all the food. Ate ok and was under calorie target. Made a hoop and won a stuffed animal. Peace to all! We can do this.

Saturday 8-4 Tracking yes Exercise 17,000 steps. Calories burned 5,732 burned. Came in second place in the softball tournament. No beer ( I don't drink )Trying not to eat the rest of the night.

Thursday 8-2 Track yes, had to eat more based on my calorie burned. Calorie , yes Exercise, yes Softball played outfield and scored a couple of times.

It didn't happ this morning because of rain so I lost over 2 hours in a car ride. My day league has 6 full team of guys. We are lucky to be available this time of year. I manage 2 tax stores so I work only during tax season, (weight gaining season),some are teachers, some fully retired, other work at night or weekends.

Wednesday 8-1 Tracking, yes under target Exercise Yes, 20,000 rain out. Two games tomorrow first one at 9 am. If no rain. Got 8 hours of sleep. My average for the week so far is 6 hours. Resting HR is going in the right direction down from 62 now in low 50's

I was double booked it Rained in one part of Pittsburgh but the second game was in the other end of town where it didn't rain. We won last night and this morning.

I did consulting work for years in Canada it's very beautiful. We love to Hate the Raiders. Lost over a pound already but the rain has stated here so probably no game. I will do my best to keep moving.

Sunday logged food: yes under calories: yes exercise: 20,000 steps water: much Resting Heart rate: 50 Went to watch the Pittsburgh Steelers at there training camp. Walked around town. Plans this week include playing in 6 softball games but rain is in the forecast.
