Try putting fat free cool whip between two chocolate graham crackers,place in freezer bag and freeze.Good when you want ice cream.you can make a bunch at one time .

I try not to eat my exercise calories but glad I have them when I do go over my 1200 limit.It's good to have them when that happens.

FINALLY had a loss,been awhile.Monday I weighed in at 169 so I must have had some fluid issues.Made me determined to not see 170.I know I need to keep up on exercising and logging on my food intake.Also checking in on this wonderful group of ladies for wisdom and understanding.Thanks for the encouragement.
