  • Yes x 3 I love the photos! I wish I had that view when working out :).
  • Username: Frens0614 Weigh in day: Sunday Starting weight: 155 Current weight: 150 I'm pretty bummed that wasn't able to get back to the loss I had before I went nuts mother's day weekend. Here's to hoping I can keep it up next month with every weekend out of town, 2 graduations, and 2 weddings :#
  • 5/19- Exercise? yes, 7 mi run Tracked? yes Calories? yes Rough day yesterday but back on track today. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
  • 5/17: Exercise? Yes, elliptical and Nike + training club Turn and Burn Calories? Yes Tracked? Yes NSV: summer clothes don't fit yet, but I'm able to get my wedding ring on and off more easily, almost without discomfort :). Hoping to make it to those summer clothes though.
  • @wyhorzegal I know that cookie recipe for weight loss would be perfect! I did horribly with snacking when I was home last week but so far so good since I’ve been back! I agree with a few other suggestions- maybe try eating a high protein snack before you go out to ride? That might help keep some of the hunger at bay later.…
  • Yes, yes, and yes. Lifted in the morning and run club after work, in the rain :).
  • I completely agree. I’m normally not even hungry, just bored. I’m doing a little earlier because I’m in bed by 9pm, so I want to give myself time to digest. I’ve found mint tea really helps if I can get myself to make it.
  • I used all of my passes being home with my family for Mother's Day, but I will try to stick out the rest of the month. Great job to everyone else! Exercise? Yes, elliptical 45 minutes Calories? Yes Tracked? Yes
  • My weekly goal is to avoid late night snacking. I'm hoping to avoid any snacks after 7:30pm.
  • HAHA definitely 152, sorry! If I magically lost 20 lbs over 5 days while eating pans of cookies, I'd be pretty excited :P. That's what I get for trying to type while multitasking. Thank you!
  • Wow now that I saw how well I had done last week, I’m so disappointed in how I did the last 5 days! I went home for Mother’s Day and I completely went crazy! I hadn’t been home in almost a year so I ate all my favorite foods. To add to the complication, my grandma actually has an eating disorder and we just lost my grandpa…
  • Exercise? Yes, 20 min elliptical and 15 min tabatas Tracked? Yes Calories? Yes Getting ready to get on a plane and head home for the rest of the week. I'm so excited to go home and really crossing my fingers that I can exhibit self control when surrounded by all of my favorite foods. I'm not going to deny myself grandma's…
  • Exercise? Yes, weights in the morning and run club after work Calories? Yes Tracked? Yes I'm with you all on work lunches. I love them, but they are so tough for me. I often pack a lunch and eat that, but then sometimes I'm still hungry and end up having a second lunch of what was brought in. I think if I know what we will…
  • Pass day 2! But I will not take more than one more!
  • Exercise? Yes, spinning and 1 mile job Calories? Yes Tracked? Yes Very cool pictures above!
  • @djou11 it sounds like you’re doing everything right! I guess the silver lining is he’s probably about 1/3 of the way through? :) And ok I think I’ve finally got the schedule down. Week 1 4/29- 155 Week 2 5/6- 152 lb
  • @Djou11 I think I'm confused about the weigh in days again because I thought I was supposed to weight until Sunday (tomorrow), but here it is just in case! 4/30: 155 5/05: 152.3 (yay!) PS I'm sure you already know this, but for your "cranky teething 9 month old" :P- tylenol about 30 minutes before bed and let him/her chew…
  • Exercise? Yes- went for a 10 mile run this morning. It was my first weekend not traveling and I loved it! Calories? Yes Tracked? Yes
  • Sharing my goals so they are in a hard (digital) copy and I can be held accountable! 1. Stretch every night for 10 minutes (to avoid running injuries I'm prone to) 2. Avoid late-night snacking-no food after 7:30pm 3. Stick to 1 "cheat day" per week. I know everyone has a different opinion on cheat days, but I like them. I…
  • @craig0314 Thanks for the encouragement. Today was better :). Exercise? Yes, 4 mile run, 15 minutes of lifting Calories? Yes Tracked? Yes. It stopped me from eating a whole box of cookies when I saw where I already was.
  • This is embarrassing but I’m already using a pass day :(. I was at a conference but then some coworkers I hadn’t seen in a while wanted to go out, and I got lazy and was sucked into a sea of cookies. I’m holding out my other ones in case I need them when I’m home for Mother’s Day but I’m hoping to avoid using them. Really…

  • Starting weight : 155 Week 1 weight: 155 Week 2 weight: 153.4 Week 3 weight: 156 Week 4 weight: 155 I was at the beach for the past 6 days with work so I guess at least I should be happy I didn't gain 10 lbs considering how much I ate. I'm really bummed I had a pretty disappointing month but I'm hopeful seeing you all do…
  • 3x yes for the day. I went to a running class today. It was fun to run with other people. It's a good motivation when you're getting your butt kicked to work harder!
  • @Djou11 and @wyhorzegal Thanks for the advice and encouragement. I normally always meal plan breakfast and lunch but then I have a weakness for trying desserts in new places or snacks that I normally wouldn't "allow" when I'm home, and that's where I fall off the bandwagon. I definitely just need to treat being away as if…
  • Yes x 3. Sticking around to try to get back at it even though I used up all my passes. @craigo3154 Your cat is beautiful! I have one of my own who's so bad but adorable so I always have to forgive him...
  • I'm super disappointed in myself. Went out of town for a wedding and passed too many days. I'm getting back on track tomorrow. And May will be a fresh start. :/
  • Username: frens0614 Weigh in day: Sunday Starting weight : 155 Week 1 : 155 Week 2 : 153.4 Week 3 : 156 Week 4: Im really disappointed in myself. I was doing ok with my diet, trying to stick to a routine, but then I went on vacation to a wedding last Wednesday to today and I let myself fall apart. My husband and I are long…
  • @djou11 thank you for that advice! Keeping the goal in mind is really what I need. It's been too long of giving up!
