Its an intense Health and Safety course, so much so the diet and exercise go out the window for comfort eating when I get home lol. I need to remind myself to get past the 25,000 steps to move up my goal ladder o:)

Hi from Durham, been using MFP for a 3 weekss now and find it works well along with my fitbit for logging food etc, sometimes you just need that bit of motivation :)

The old ones are the best for me, my go to to get me started is Darude with Sandstorm, then maybe something a little gentler like, The Disturbed and Down with sickness, Motorhead, Ace of Spades, or a little Basement Jaxx or Gorillaz,
