I do1200 calories a day. I've been doing that since mid-January. It hasn't always been perfect. But, I have logged everything-even drinks if I go out. I do try to exercise almost every day. It ended up being a beautiful day, and my mood didn't get gloomy! :) I love the rain too! I like to sit on my porch with a cup of coffee and soak up the peacefulness of it and the fresh, clean smell.

People who stop to chat in the grocery store aisles and block your way. When you say "Excuse me" to get through they give you a dirty look, like you are the one being rude.

I did the same thing yesterday! (darn pizza) But, that was yesterday and it can't be changed. I am focusing on today and getting back to where I need to be. My calorie goal is set at 1200 also. I usually have no problem with it, but yesterday I wanted pizza and I couldn't make myself stop at one slice.

Loving the spring weather... finally. Started walking outside instead of the walking track at the gym.

I like the show, but don't watch it very often. I do wish they would do follow-up shows with the people's progress. I think that would be interesting and motivating.

My husband watched a documentary about juicing. So, we go buy a juicer and all kinds of fresh fruits and veggies. We did that for about two weeks. Juice for breakfast and lunch. Light dinner at night. It was horrible after about four days. Never again!!

Chips and salty type snacks. Used to be my favorite go to type of snack. If I even try something salty now, I spit it out. The salt flavor is way to strong!
