Just because you and I know that doesn't mean that all people know that. Honestly, they need to warn people. I don't agree with frivolous law suits like the OP, but for things that have the potential to cause injury, they need to put a warning on it.

I disagree with that statement. There are several arguments that say that Aspartame is really bad for you. I'm no scientist, but I'd stay away from artificial sweeteners if they are not from nature, like Stevia for instance.... Aspartame is definitely not from Nature

I use Jawbone UP24, but it doesn't have a heart rate monitor. I read good things on the Microsoft Band and will look into getting that when it is available in Canada. Seems to do most of the typical things, with a HRM as well.

Yes, and people need to understand that it will take time. You can't eat healthy for a month and lose 100 lbs. It will take some time. Just stick to it. Make it a routine and give it a year... you'll see the results.

Like anything, especially in the "diet" world, everything is not for everybody. I tried several things that didn't work. Calorie counting is really the only thing that worked. Until I found this. And this is not a long term solution, but it is a great kick start and a way to get the taste of crappy foods out of my mouth.…
