  • I may try a vitamin supplement with iron. I generally eat chicken livers once a week (I absolutely love them).. So I don't think iron is the problem. I'll try a sublingual b I tried to research the topic, but since low carb is associated with low hgbA1C its almost impossible to get good search results.
  • If I diet low carb and have high carb but still low calorie I still gain back all the water weight I shed based on glycemic control. ..literally I can gain 6-8 lbs within hours of eating something overly sweet..   • I put frozen boneless chicken in the oven at 350° ( not preheated).. When the oven beeps that its 350° I flip the meat and pour frozen green beans on top. Cook for 30 minutes and its done. Salt and pepper to taste.. Very little clean up.
