I LOVE grilled zucchini--just made kebabs and used chicken, zucchini, bell pepper, sweet onion. Sometimes I throw baby potatoes on there too. Delicious and fairly healthy. Also works well in stir fries, baked/roasted, raw in salads or as zoodles, and of course my favorite: zucchini bread.

I'm 27. I've always been the bigger girl. I blame part of it on my wide hips. Even when I was in crazy good shape in high school (state track medalist many times over) I was still a size 8. It's partly a mind game. Eat slowly. Keep yourself distracted. Chew gum (sugarfree)--for many people, just the act of chewing makes you feel less hungry. After a few days it will be much easier! Good luck.

I pretty much only eat one thing :) Steel cut oats with coconut and almonds. The fiber sticks with me pretty much til lunch so I don't have to snack in the morning like I used to.
