Green Challenge for July: I would love to lose 6 pounds this month which is 1.5 pounds a week. Totally doable! If I keep up 6 a month, I'll be in Onederland by New Years, which would be an amazing way to start 2020

Had a much needed break from work and computers. Back at it tonight, yay! I did give up drinking my energy drinks while I was off. I'm still drinking my Diet Sunkist but it has like 10% of the caffeine that my energy drinks had. I've been clean since last Tuesday
