2 slices knead for seed bread toasted (think that's it) with 1 laughing cow light swiss wedge and a packet of sweet and spicy starkist tuna and a few radishes on the side then a fig cereal bar from trader joes.

Today I scrambled some eggs with cottage cheese and toasted a few corn tortillas. I put refried beans on them, added the eggs with cheese and some hot sauce. 480 calories with 30g protein and I think it was 13 fat and the rest carbs. Pretty well rounded and filling. Im still very full a couple hours later. Normally I'd add…

Some honey berries and nuts. Just honey Just berries or banana or pineapple Chocolate either shaved or some chocolate chips Mix with pudding of your choice for something a little more decadent I actually use yogurt for mostly savory things. I add it to mexican food and I like mixing with seeded chopped cucumber, minced…

I do better as far as sweet cravings control by sticking to mostly naturally occurring sugars such as fruit or honey. I get wildflower honey that has amazing flavor and weigh out a teaspoon or tablespoon and sometimes eat just that chilled lol. Around 100 calories. You can add the honey and some berries into plain yogurt…

Chicken tacos with my homemade salsa.

I walk laps around my house or even march in place or dance to some music...I get up and move without following a DVD or video. Sometimes its 10 minutes at time. That's for days I can't get out and walk or days the pain in my back wins. Sometimes I just swing my arms (anything to move but i don't count towards any burned…

I spend around 300 a month for 2 people full time, 1 home weekends, and I make my dog's food (allergies). I am really thrifty and buy in bulk cheap when we can hit up sales. I get different things at different stores and am lucky to have choices of stores. I don't use many coupons at all unless it's like 5 off whole…

It sounds bad enough to see a dermatologist. With it spreading I really think you should.

I try to keep the macros somewhat balanced to the numbers but don't obsess at all if some days I'm more over on some things than others. I dont look at cholesterol at all since the suggested number is outdated and not necessary to follow for me. Mainly I make sure my overall nutrition is good and I do try to hit the fat…

I'm always the one to bring a veggie tray and I do 6 or 7 veg on it with hummus and ranch to dip in. It's always the only app completely demolished when it's a party of several people. Another popular one that a friend brings is Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip that I'm pretty sure is on the skinny taste site. It's delicious and…

I can get 40 to 45 g protein out of my breakfast often. I do 2 or 3 eggs with either chicken jalepeno sausage (a quality tasty one) or soy chorizo and 1/2 to 1 serving refried beans all on a couple tostadas or could leave the tostadas out and make this a bowl of food. Top with fat free plain greek yogurt (much higher…

Change the calories burned to 1 or just write your workouts in the notes section

I try to have something with some protein or fat so that I'm not starving in the morning. I'm ok with waking up hungry but the starving pangs waking me up because I had something too sweet and not filling late the night before sucks. My favorite is an ounce of whatever cheese I choose.....or cheese on something like a…

I've only weighed my eggs twice that I can remember and it was recently. If I did before, it was a year ago or more. I was actually surprised that my large eggs weighed way less than they should have. I still logged as a large and moved on. It wasn't really a planned weighing anyway as I was weighing and hitting tare for…

Cooked some oatmeal in water on the stove top (hate microwaved oats) with a little brown sugar. When it was almost done, I whisked in 2 whole eggs until cooked. Then took it off the heat and added a tablespoon of cocao nibs, some blueberries and a tablespoon of butter. It was delicious and kept me full for hours.

I have to filter our water here. I use the brita pitchers. Bottled water gets expensive and we go through a lot. I drink a lot more hot tea when it's cold. My current favorite is a mango black tea. I like cinnamon spiced ones too. I also drink some coffee.

Breakfast Second Breakfast Lunch Dinner Second Dinner Noshes I have no idea why I never added another lunch lol. I just fill in the next option as I go through the day even if it's small snacks sometimes and time of day doesn't matter. I don't always fill them all. It's just a way of breaking up eating so I can see what I…

I had to learn to wait some time after a meal to figure out if I was actually hungry. It was a bad habit to keep grazing on whatever I could find before letting my brain catch up to my stomach saying "no more." Then I'd be so full I'd feel ill. Wait a bit after your planned meal. That all said, if I have exercised…

I made it back to MFP in December after needing to step away for several months for things beyond my control and stay in maintenance. I've been feeling down about how much more I could have lost by now if events hadn't happened and basically feeling big. Today I allowed my daughter to take a couple pictures of me playing…

Same here for the most part. I'm glad I can do some simple alterations to make them last longer. In warmer weather I wear more skirts and dresses since they are easier to have a little too big and still be wearable. I do occasionally buy something new - usually jeans. I try thrift stores but being tall makes it hard to…

Some people add a couple egg whites to their oatmeal Most days I eat some microwaved scrambled eggs along with a carb item - could be toast, English muffin, sweet or white potato, corn tortillas or tostadas, etc. I sometimes add some kind of meat. Sometimes a chicken sausage or a couple small link sausages or just leftover…

I eat cheese every day. I mostly use stronger flavored ones to get really good cheesy flavor for less calories because you need less quantity for flavor. Goat cheese, a good bleu cheese, parmesan for sprinkling when you really want cheese taste but have limited calories to spare for it, etc. I buy the little bits of cheese…

I really miss Cadbury goodness. It used to be one of my favorites and now I never bother with it because it's just not good anymore. :'(

Today I had a small sweet potato with a couple scrambled eggs, a laughing cow cheese wedge and shredded leftover pot roast from dinner last night. I piled it all on like a loaded potato would be. I also added a few dashes of hot sauce because I love spicy sweet potatoes. It's a fairly well rounded and filling meal. Mine…

We are already getting iced in here with a full mix of frozen precipitation. I've already had to clear the steps of ice/snow once but I don't think it warrants going all out eating extra calories. Have a weighed serving of a couple things but don't undo your whole week. You will burn something extra if you have a lot of…

It tastes good in some things and my dog loves it. It's not magical.

It may have already been said, but the biggest tip I can give is to do them 30 seconds at a time, mix and 30 more, another 30 seconds if needed until done. Remember it keeps cooking for a short while after so leave it slightly wet and mix again. I put lots of goodies in mine. Almost always mushrooms to make it more food…

Kale soup :s It will never be a good sub for anything especially spaghetti bolognese. You can sneak some extra veggies into it and bulk it up but honestly I'd just make room that day in my calories for a serving. There are better greens available both in nutrition and taste if you ever did want green soup.

I think being a foodie makes it easier for me. I know food and know how to use it for different needs. You can still have the good stuff just less of anything higher calorie. I know what lower calorie items I can add to things to kind of stretch the meal into something bigger quantity wise and still is good but lower cal…

I didn't read the other replies so these might have been said. I mostly eat either shredded chicken breast tacos or baked fish tacos. Season the meat with a sprinkle of cumin and chili powder, salt pepper to taste. Bake until done. Corn tortillas/shells are actually low in calories and lower if you bake them up yourself to…
