Left cold, wet upstate NY yesterday just under 200 **finally** to spend the week on the beach in sunny southern Florida. No scales in site, just tikki bars, pina coladas and lots of happy people on holiday! Hoping to - no, planning to - walk daily, swim, and not go overboard. Wish me luck! B)

Had a wine and roasted peanut binge last night... didn't log it and am moving forward today. Stocking up on chocolate low fat Greek yogurt and moving the box of wine to the basement frig in anticipation of the evenings cravings. Best of luck to us all :)

One week weigh-in.... down one pound. Yay! Not as good as i wanted but it's still ok. This is my 3rd month of following MFP and weight loss is slowing. My goal this week is exercise daily and no alcohol. And of course staying within my daily calorie, fat and sodium limits. Keep up the good effort everyone... we got this!

Sounds like we have similar struggles and ambitions, scatterjoyfulness! Would love to be your cheerleader if you'll be mine. I think there's a way to add me as a friend and we can keep in touch without being in a group... I think I'd get lost in a group and use up a lot of time. What do you think?
