I think this is awesome! Vacations (to me) are about taking a break and allowing yourself to indulge a little bit. The best part is WANTING to get back on track and finding it easy to do so! :)

The last two weeks have been ... let's call them challenging. Work conference followed by full-blown flu. Once I felt I could eat again, I ate ALL THE FOOD! My goal was never to be thin. I can see the trainers at the gym resisting rolling their eyes when they ask for my weight loss goal and I tell them that getting healthy is my goal; if weight loss happens as a side effect then I'm happy with that, too.
