Wow thank u so much! Bench mark was Run come back n do amap burpies til for 6 minuets then run again do as many ball walls for 6 minuets.I'm just so awful at running :(

So what my trainer and nutritionist said was to eat something small a hour b4 workout then something a few hours after. If u eat small meals a day.my morning was like this: 645am-banana wirh natural peanut butter 10am-cottage cheese and fruit. At 1230 1 il eat again. This works for me so well. Not true at least not at my box. I started not even being able to do 1 push up or 5 box jumps.. they can always scale down. All shapes ages n sizes.

It took me a good 4 days before getting into the rutine. It's very hardcore. I love it and hate when I have a rest day :) not for everyone.
