I agree with some of the ladies to an extent...I suggest shampooing your hair once or twice a week which ever you feel is best...But since you have color treated hair, i suggest a conditioner like paul mitchell "the conditioner" as a leave in but use a quarter size amount and then as a rinse out conditioner use something…

Thanks i appreciate how blunt you were and yes i do tend to over think it. Plus since im at 1800 calories i thought maybe i needed to start in the morning and have 6 meals...I am new to this and i dont know what the heck i am doing....But i am learning, thats why im here on MFP

Did you track absolutely everything you ate and drank today? No I shopped most of the day Did you stay under your calorie limit? Yes but i only ate 1 time Were you active for at least 20 minutes? Yes if you count shopping and walking around the stores, starting at 10am to 2pm then 330pm to 430pm. I will work on it.
