The local Lowes was having their annual customer appreciation sale. Ten percent off all purchases. So I picked up my new cardio exercise equipment, a lawn mower. I think Cindy should add a chapter on lawn mowing to her book on non-traditional fitness. :D

When I get home from the grocery, I prep all the fruit and veg and put it in Tupperware containers in the fridge. Then it is ready to go raw for lunch or snack or to cook up for supper. We eat a lot more fruit and veg and nothing geos to waste. It is a real time saver. :)

When I get home from the grocery store, I prep and cut all my veg and friut and put them in the fridge. That way we can eat them for lunch and snack as is or cook them up for supper. It takes a little time when I come in from the store but we eat more veg and fruit with no time taken up later. :)
