  • I am terrified of sock monkeys too. My older sister had one when we were growing up. I wouldn't go in her room. When we lived outside of Rockford IL (the sock monkey capitol of the world, who knew huh?) I would avoid one road that would take me by a huge sock money statue.
  • I have been on 300mg of Seroquel for years. I was 292 the beginning of Oct. 2014 and I am now 235. For me it is CICO. I do leave enough room in my calories to snack in the evenings. Planning for it helps me to be successful. Good luck!

  • It really helped me to weigh my food on a scale. What I thought was a portion was way off. It has helped me to more accurately log my food.

  • I have been on 300mg at 6pm for years. In Oct. 2014 I weighed 292 today I weigh 235. I leave enough calories that I can munch on rice cakes throughout the evening. For me it is all about CICO. :)

  • Happy Pie Day! I planned it out and am having a piece of chocolate cream pie.
  • I am doing it in gradual steps. I figured out how I wanted to eat, then I started logging it, then I started to exercise, then I started weighing my food. By changing one thing at a time, I wasn't overwhelmed by the changes I was making. I would get comfortable with what I was doing then add the next step.
