  • Cindy - I know all the craziness but do try to focus on getting some sleep. With you going so fast and so much, it is more important than exercise right now. Take care of yourself and rest when you can. You don't want to fall asleep during the graduation ceremony lol. Lots of (((hugs))) <3
  • I didn't do as well as hoped. This next week I will work harder on focusing on my health. The stop light metaphor works well for the little things. The fridge and A/C going out on the same day - assessment was the last thing on my mind. I need to practice more :) I will keep the same goals for next week.
