I'm 5'2. My weight in my 20s was 105-110. In my 30s 115-118. Now in my 40s, my goal is 120-125. I'm currently 131, so almost there. I would love to be at 115 or 118 but it is difficult for me to maintain. I already work out a minimum of 5 days a week for about 90 minutes each workout session and I keep my calorie count at…
