Finally just for me. I ditched a lot of toxic friendships recently and I have all this time and energy to focus on getting healthier.

30 days without alcohol and I feel awesome. The first week was *kitten* but I feel so much better. Also helped getting rid of a few toxic friendships so that was a lovely bonus.

That some people believe the way they have designed/decided to do their weight loss/gain journey is the right way for everyone and they will say that as often as possible.

I have a friend that consistently posts locker room selfies after her workout and I don't mind those--pretty sure they are her progress pics. The ones out on the gym floor in front of the mirror...usually by the weight rack area like mid-workout....those I don't find necessary. Unless there is some personal reason for it…
