Hello team! Don't forget the weigh ins due March 26 - April 1st are just our starting weights for this challenge. The weights we provided before were just used to create teams with similar total weights. I am down a couple of pounds this week but it won't count toward this challenge.

Any way I can. I park in the back of the parking lot so that I get extra steps everywhere I go. I never take the escalator or the elevator. If it is nice outside, I take my children for a walk. I am continuing the progress I made prior to joining this challenge. I have been reaching my step goals consistently and better at staying within my calorie goal. I am sure we will all do well. Let's get it!
