I have tiles in the bathroom and they're not perfectly even so I try to keep it on one or two tiles instead of across 4 tiles. I can have a fluctuation of a few pounds if I don't. Also it starts showing me at a way less weight the first few times I weigh myself before the batteries finally die.

Seems like once I break the seal and eat one piece of candy, it's all over. So it's easier to just not have any at all. Oh and diet coke helps.

When I used to go to a gym, I'd stare at people too. I wouldn't realize it though. I'd just be zoned out and then I'd realize I was staring at someone and check myself. I'm kinda awkward like Tina Belcher though.

We do the same. We eat the same foods but the boyf drinks that weight gainer stuff before breakfast every day and protein shakes when he works out.

Yup and if I eat a whole lot of carbs, I retain water. I don't limit carbs because I freaking like eating but if I eat nothing but junk one day, I'm a little heavier the next day.

I got some a few months ago thinking it'd help curb my appetite. Didn't do much for me except provide some caffeine. I still take them once in a while just for that reason and because I paid for them but these were $20 and caffeine pills at Food Lion are like $2.50.

See about a used one on Craigslist maybe that's higher quality. Since obviously someone is prob using is as a clothes hanger like that guy said. I got my treadmill on CL for $100. It isn't THE BEST but it is way better than a brand new $100 one.

Yup I ate a bunch of junk food and crap yesterday (went above by about 300 calories) and today I'm 2lbs heavier. Last time that happened, scale was back to normal within 36 hours.

Yes! Kid clothes are cheaper but they fit weird and no one wants to look like a kid when they're already the height of one. Also you can't really wear kid clothes to work and be taken seriously.

Yes they are! And I'm already crazy short (4'11") so even when I was chunky I was still small sizes. Now that I'm not chunky I can't find anything small enough for me. I hate it.

Hey I'm in SC too! I spent $100 on a used treadmill on Craigslist and I blast the fan while I'm on that every morning. Just can't do it outside. I still take my dogs on walks in the evenings but those are pretty leisurely. Treadmill is kind of boring but I sometimes put Netflix or something on the phone and watch that.…

I'm 35 and I weigh less than I did in HS. I wasn't skinny in HS though. I was about 105 back then (I'm 4'11") and I'm 96 now. Also I'm more muscular than I was then. I started at 115 back in November and it wasn't that difficult for me to get down to this. Just keeping up with my calorie counting and I workout every day…

Good question. I'll be around a bunch of people drinking this weekend and I'm trying to figure out how to be around them without drinking much and also having social anxiety. But I will do like you guys and get some morning exercise to at least start off in a good mood and a calorie deficit.

No one I know does it either, except a few people that I only know from here. I skip a few meals here and there on the weekends now that I'm down to a good weight but I still track all week. Think I'm about 240-250 days now. Yeah everyone thinks I'm just naturally small too now. Um, nope. I work for this ish!!

When I can't take my dogs outside we have doggy dance parties. Basically I put on my old ugly fake Uggs and turn up the music and dance around while they chase and bite at my feet.

I'm 4'11" and 96lbs, so I'm pretty midgety, and it had me at 1200 for a 1/2lb loss. Then last week I changed the settings to maintenance & it put me at whopping 1300. That was kind of sad. I got the Bowflex adjustable dumbbells and a fold up bench. They're kind of expensive but my house is small and I don't have room for a full setup. Also my treadmill folds up too and I got that on Craigslist. I have P90x and it's hard as crap but I just really really hate workout videos.
