@Pg1001. Working out 5 days a week. I strength train on Mondays and Wednesday's. And I run on Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Saturday.

Don't let the outside scare you. I started a c25k when I was 275 pounds. I have since lost 100 pounds and just finished a 5k in 28 minutes. When I went to the track the other day there was a lady who told me that she was amazed at my progress. Just stay focused on the end result

At first I cut out all carbs and sugar. When I began doing my workouts I quickly realized that carbs are important for fueling the body. I now eat healthier carbs(sweet potatoes,wheat bread, etc).

I am not on diabetic medicine. After the first two week my blood sugar was controlled by diet and excercise

At my highest weight I was 275 pounds. I now weight 175 pounds and still losing. Looking to drop about 20 more.
