I weigh every single morning, I only log my losses but it doesn't bother me if ther eare flucuations up. Just tells me I need to work harder to make the next day's weigh in better!

I love Couch 2 5K, and RunKeeper! I told myself that when I lose 50 lbs then I can seriously start considering a Fitbit. They're just so dang expensive!

I wish I was motivated to work out at home! I have to leave my house to get almost anything done; the only thing that I can do at home is Youtube Yoga! Yoga with Adriene is my favorite channel! As for leaving the house I'm trying to work myself up to running a 5K without stopping. I'm using the Couch 2 5K app on my iPhone…

Thank you ladies! It took me a few weeks to really get into a gym/meal routine. Now that I've found what works best for me I've got that "I'm on top of the world" feeling! I know we can all get there, So thankful for this group! :)

A couple years ago my fiance and I tried ViSalus for a month or two. It started making me ill anytime I smelled it. I'm so glad someone else feels the way I do! :smiley: I have a relatively large frame; I was 175 when I graduated high school and looked and felt great. My first goal is 180, overall hoping to get down to 155-165. Really I just want to be stronger and healthier though.
