I love my vivofit, you don't need cell service to use it

This is my method as well, calories are dollars to me. I'm cheap so if it costs too many calories I won't "buy" it.

It took 20 pounds to notice a difference. I ve been walking since christmas and that's helped tone things up and made my clothes fit looser. I'm down at least one clothing size.

Thanks everyone. I'm loving the motivation and support I've gotten from mfp users. I've been participating in challenges that really help make/remind me to move.

Honestly I got a vivofit for Christmas, I've been trying to do 10,000 steps per day plus logging food with mfp. I've been making healthier choices and eating around 1200-1500 calories per day.

I park far away when shopping. I use toilets on other floors at the office. I upped my water intake to pee more to step more. I take the dogs on long walks. Walk to library instead of drive.
