  • @HappyDonkey75 I’ve also been struggling with the motivation to exercise properly. I’m currently sitting and thinking about what I could do instead of doing something/ anything! As you say, doing something is better than doing nothing and a change in weather might help. Roll on spring!

  • Except for the 10 days in January when we had visitors, I made a fairly good start to the year. Having got close to returning to my highest weight I’m heading back down.
