Sorry for being late! No change in my weight this week but I'm optimistic for next week, I think I threw my body into chaos when I decided to get off of intermittent fasting for the last few days haha

Pw: 229 Cw: 226.3 Yay! I'm finally under 227 after yoyoing for a month! I'm doing well with cutting all soda diet and otherwise. Having less sweet cravings too! I reduced my plate size for dinner even more and am relearning to weigh my food. Feeling really good and happy to see quick progress

No change on my weight, sorry I'm a day late! Forgot to weigh myself yesterday morning! In other news, I'm slowly weaning myself off diet coke and most aspartame-based drinks and feeling pretty good! :)

Sorry I've had a few chaotic weeks with it probably not ending for a couple months :( No change in weight, which is a small success in my book! I also got my second Covid vaccine shot today woo, so that's exciting! @jugar

PW: 227 CW: 229 @jugar The struggle is real right now, I was just off for 7 days and did practically nothing from emotional exhaustion and burnout. Seeing all the various numbers go up, including my weight, does help motivate me to do better at least :smile:

@jugar pw: 230 Cw: 228.2 So relieved to finally have broken through almost stagnant weight loss for a couple weeks. I've always heard that exercise can slow down seeing the numbers go down so I've tried to not let it bother me but it's good to finally see movement! This makes just a hair short of 20lbs lost (19.8), woo!!
