This doesn't take age and body frame into account. Mine only changed by 1, but I find it hard to believe that 109 is a healthy body weight for me. This seems like it would be under weight.

I would agree with this if it wasn't workout gear, but people sweat a TON when they workout. Odds are even with washing it a LOT, there are still going to be odors and possible sweat stains.

I didn't read any of the replies. But I get sinus headaches ALL the time that occasionally turn into migraines. I use a cold compress on my forehead and it helps. today my snacks are: fiberone brownie, cutie, plum, laughing cow wedge on 5 whole wheat ritz, almonds and dole strawberry dippers. I plan my snack each day according to how many calories are in my lunch.

It depends on what suits you. Overall, eating clean is healthier, more nutritionally balanced. But eating in moderation is more realistic for most people.

I'm 5'4" and have quite a bit to lose so my intake for weight loss is 1330. Once I drop 20 lbs, I'm sure MFP will drop my calorie intake to 1200. And yes, being a petite person sucks sometimes.
