Hi Lucy I have lost 27lbs so far, 13 of them with MFP. It is a great tool. I have 7 more lbs until my original goal weight, but I think I will probably need to lose another 10 lbs after that to be happy. Good luck with your weight loss and I sent you a friend request.

For the most part I don't not like bands when the front man changes. They just can never seem to achieve the same sound/presence.

Both of mine are from the animal shelter. One is a mixed up doxie/cocker spaniel and the other is a Jack Russel. That being said I don't think there is a dog that I wouldn't like but maybe my favorite would be the corgi. I had corgi/terrier mix and he was by far the most entertaining dog I have had.
