I love my morning coffee with creamer! I really like the Califia Farms Almond Milk Creamers, they run 15 cals per tablespoon and I like the ingredient list better than some of the more common brands. http://www.califiafarms.com/products/coffee-creamer/

I made some breakfast burritos with eggs, sausage, & veggies and froze them so I can grab and go in the mornings. I also made a pot of Skinnytaste's Minestrone soup! Yum!

Weighed in this morning still up 3 pounds from my lowest weight in December. I've been back on track all of this week, so I'm sure it was higher than that! Ready to get it together in 2016 and finally get into a healthy weight range!!

I weigh mostly in grams, but it depends on the food. Meat is typically in ounces, soups in mL etc. I usually use what the packaging has the…

Does your recipe call for 1 cup of cooked quinoa? 1 cup of dry quinoa is about 600 calories, but that will make approximately 3 cups of cooked quinoa, so it isn't as calorie dense as you might think. But, you could always use brown rice, millet, bulgur etc in place of the quinoa.

If I'm craving something at night (especially in these colder months) I try to drink hot tea. Right now I'm drinking Trader Joes Pomegranate White tea...it is sweet and tends to take away my want to eat something! Good luck, you'll find what works for you!

I use DietBet and have had success with it. I am currently 4 months into one of the 6 month bets. I like that it is a constant reminder every month to keep on track with eating well and exercising. However, I have read from other people on MFP that they didn't like it because they felt it made them do things prior to the…

It is a running program that builds you up in intervals to go from not running at all to being able to run for 30 mins straight. The one I used was 8 weeks long, and had 3 training sessions per week. Just look for C25K in your app store!

Hey there, welcome! I am also 5'3" and started on MFP around 180 back in January. I agree with the other posters, the most important thing is to log all of your food/drinks and figure out what you are consuming and then trying to stay at your daily calorie goal. I have a food scale that I rely on to help me find the…

If you are in your car a lot of the day, can you keep a small cooler in your car? You can pack things to eat that are good cold/room temp and do not need to be heated up: sandwiches, wraps, fruits, veggies, string cheese etc. You can also keep a stash of nuts, granola/protein bars etc to have when you need something super…
