I have started brewing Green Tea and sweetning it with Organic Stevia. If you aren't familiar with Stevia , it is a natural sweetner, derived from the Stevia plant, and BONUS! Doesn't have that yucky aftertaste

Yes it is very hard for me to resist food if it is right there in front of me. Nearly impossible most of the time! Sad to say! Sorry to hear that he doesn't assist you in the care of the boys. He is missing out! No wonder you are overwhelmed! Do you have family close by?

I tried my best to focus on the area the visitors were in first....others later, or maybe not at all. Does your husband help you with the boys and chores? Breakfast: Old Fashioned oats, with a bit of brown sugar and cinnamon. Loaded with Gala apple pieces, raisins and pecans. Normally prepare oats with -- Almond milk, Agave nectar, cold pressed coconut oil, and Natural Peanut Butter. Well, at least the picture worked
