Good question. My youngest was 3 when I started back getting seriously into this. I did some workouts at the gym when they had childcare, and also did some when he was napping. It got a lot easier when he started school. I worked as a personal trainer BEFORE I had kids...so it's not like I didn't know what to do. But…
