I did the exact same thing. Took me 3 weeks to get back on track. It's tough!! I've been trying to make/prep easy lunches and breakfasts that are low cal. And know what I'm eating for dinner. And I like to come on here a lot. It helps to see people going through all the same things.

Feel free to add me. I do the same thing sometimes. Do bad for a day or two and then go crazy. I am also a total emotional eater. It takes a while to change a lifetime of bad habits and support is always a good thing!

I made quiche this morning. Turkey bacon, spinach, fat free cheddar, eggbeaters, low fat milk, onions, garlic, and a little bit of bisquick. Yummy, filling and low in cals.

I was walking on the treadmill and for the last two minutes I jogged. Doesn't sound like much but I've never been able to jog or run at all!

I'm trying to lose 80-90 pounds by the end of the year. I know it's going to be really hard but I'm going to try my best. I love food! It's been a slow process trying to change my eating and behavior habits. I'm slowly working the exercise in. Add me and we can work on this together!
