Just for today; Stick to the calories Drink more water, never have an empty glass Play with the small people without complaining Finish a module of study Cook something delicious

This is exactly what I need to do, one day at a time! So; Just for today 14/01/2015 1. I will stick to my suggested calories 2. I will not enter any shops, there's no need to, we need nothing. 3. I will make an effort to drink a lot more water 4. I will not mindlessly snack whilst studying Good luck everyone :smile:

I'd like to join you all too. I have a LOT to lose, so much so that I've set my goal at 15st because I haven't been that since I was 16 and anything below that seems insane to me right now.. so aiming for about 140lb off!
