I have 83.5 pounds I'd LIKE to lose. It's a daunting number, but I know I can do it. I would love to support everyone with goals as lofty and big as mine, because I know for a fact that you can achieve anything you want, as long as you want it bad enough.

Good for you! You are amazing. Depression and anxiety is not fun to talk about and very difficult to deal with. Going to therapy for it is even harder. I applaud you!

If you mean, how many pounds WILL I lose in 2015, then the answer is: at least 50... That's right... I WILL lose it!
