I was up a pound this week in spite of being vey faithful at recording. But I've been pretty lax in exercising too so maybe that had something to do with it. I'll keep plugging away, I think I'm going in the right direction!

I can vouch for that too! My cholesterol numbers have always been high, but a blood test last month showed they were lower than before, and that was after about a month of keto. I'm liking it.

Haidee, this sounds serious. I'm not a medical professional, but that kind of pain is not normal and I think you should not try to fix it yourself just trying diet changes. I would recommend you either find a reputable wholistic chiropractor or an internal specialist. Your body is trying to tell you something!
