Im taken rabbits advice amd yours i dont use smith machines they are free weights in a way it only gym i got

Yes because im new and dont want to injury my back and weak elbow since i broke it 8 months but will try to increase weight

Regular bar attached to poles in a pulley system i go to planet fitness

I started bench lifting way before dead lifts

No i started dead lifting 2 weeks ago lol at a very low weight and been increasing slowly amd I started at 10 on each side now at 20 on each side

Im new to dead lifts and overhead pressing but benching i can do 145lbs

I do anywhere from 8-15reps it varies amd i been progressing higher every week by 5-10lbs been working oit on and off for five years just started getting in to it this year like no tomorrow

I do about 8-12 reps and reason im doing slow on weights i broke my elbow 8 months ago And im in a strength program as it is and i do add 5 every week part of my Strength program and so far results showing

Well my friend is a body builder just never competed he just been doing this 18 years amd well im still new to this but i will look at other programs too

And this year i started breathing right ive always had low body fat im up to 4-5 sets so far im not trying to do body building just bulking to get arms abs chest legs bigger just not bodybuilding
