Stimpy56 June Week 4 PW = 253 CW= 253 I did not expect to loose this week when I only been to the gym 2 day this week including this morning. My schedule next week is worse, but after that it will be back to normal.

Stimpy56 June Week 2 PW = 254 CW= 254 I am happy with being the same weight or not gaining after a week long vacation! This week I have been back at the gym and really watching what I eat. Good news is the garden is in full swing with lots of fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplant and peppers.

However I am feeling better and I was able to do an hour on the treadmill this morning. Hopefully next week I can loose this weight I gained.
