It is hit or miss here. Sometimes they have them and sometimes they don't. The price has gone up over a dollar since last month. I'm trying to let the Wife let me have some chickens, LOL.

Hello All, long time user of MFP. I usually use MFP to get back on track in January and by August I get burned out. I did well at the end of this year by doing the Atkins lifestyle (High protein, low carb). Looking forward to 2023 and what it will bring. Happy New Year team!

@buniphuphu - Yes I am!. I started in Sept and did well until the Holidays. Now I am back on the high protein low carb diet which is easy for me to follow. The hardest part was not putting Sugar in my morning coffee, but now I am used to it.

Stimpy56 July WK 2 PW 254 CW 254 I think my issue lately is that it is too Hot outside for me to be active. I go to the gym 3 days a week, but that only keeps at this level. I used to work outside in the yard, garden, workshop, etc, but this year I can't take the heat. I am so looking forward to Fall.
