I had to adjust my settings to only lose .5 lbs so it gave me more daily calories. Then adjusted it after a month to a 1lb loss till I got used to that calorie intake. Also I can't work out in the morning or I starve all day and tend to overeat. Working out in the evenings works better for me. Hope this helps:) good luck:)

I can't see your diary so this is only speculation... How much water do you drink? You could be dehydrated. Plus are you weighting your food? Could be your are eating more than you realize. Also is your blood sugar under control? Maybe you need to step up your weight training? Just some suggestions. Hope this helps:) good…

Fitbit will start to deduct when u become inactive cause your not moving. So if u sit and watch tv from 8 till bed. U are losing calories due to inactivity. Try logging your exercise in mfp and use Fitbit for steps only. Also maybe adjust your goal to a half pound till your body adjusts then up that goal so your not hungry.

Suggestions on exercise. Do what u can handle w a little push. Don't hurt yourself. Start small and work your way up. Don't do the same things all the time. You and your body will get bored. Find some things you enjoy. Mfp tends to over calculate calories burned. Invest in a heart rate monitor w a chest strap for accuracy.…

Everyone has good advice here. I agree that water might be the issue. I too am allergic to most fruits so I pile on veggies and make sure I get plenty of water.

I agree w everyone. Start small... Keep at it....it will happen. Maybe some swimming or Zumba might be your thing.

On days I work I track my food the day before as I pack my lunch and dinner for the next day. That way everything is weighed and measured and ready to go:) I add my exercise as I do it. I have a fit bit synced to mfp so it does most of it for me. Good luck to you on this journey:)

Not only take pictures but take measurements.... It's not all about what the scale says! I weigh in once a week on Wednesdays first thing in the morning and take measurements once a month on the 11th. I measure chest, bra line, stomach, hips, legs, and arms. I agree w everyone. I eat what I want but make sure I incorporate healthy food too. Example instead of pizza my friends I ordered a 6" pita pizza... That way I wasn't left out. Also had a side salad. Weigh everything you eat, track honestly, drink tons of water, and move/exercise. Try and stay away from processed or caned foods (lots of sodium). I recommend weekly weigh ins same day of the week... In the morning... After the bathroom... Before you eat. Weighing everyday just frustrates me personally. Hope this helps.…

I'm sure your son can help w activities. Walks, days at the park, swimming, ect. Plus there are so many cool exercises to try!!! Zumba being on of my personal favs! Start slow w things you can manage and build from there:) good luck to you:)
