feel free to add me. I was successful on WW before the new points plus program. I lost 41 lbs and was 4 lbs away from my goal weight. I just could not achieve it on the points plus system. So I gained it all back plus some. My goal is to loose 52 lbs in 52 weeks. Im looking for motivation and to provide motivation as well.

dont give up. hang in there. take a long walk and clear you mind. set small goals for yourself. my only goals for this week is to eat the lunch that I take to work and to complete walk slim 3 days this week. Don't get to overwhelmed. I read an article, because I'm just starting myself (55lbs to loose), and I did not want to feel so bad or discouraged that I gave up. Set reasonable goals. If you loose half pound a week, that's 26 pounds a year. It took a long time for you to put the weight on and it's going to take a long time…

Feel free to add me. I haven't started officially tracking yet, but I have my pantry in order. No unhealthy snacks here. I didn't realize how much junk we had, how much time it took to get ride of it, and how hard it was to replace everything with healthier options. I am 217 and would love to loose and keep off 55 lbs.
