But I kept thinking of my goal and my progress, and feel proud that I ended the evening successfully.

Yes. I did most of this stuff already, just sporadically because I didn’t have a plan. Of course I didn’t make any progress that way. I’m determined to work a maintenance plan afterwards this time.

@rianneonamission MWF a couch to 10K Elliptical/circuit training at the gym on the alternate days. Power Yoga and an abs program every day. Last week I wrote out a plan that ended on June 23, so how perfect is this? SW: 136 CW: 134.4 GW: 125 My CICO goal is a 500 calorie deficit.
