I live in chronic pain. My knees are pretty bad. Arthritis, Alot of neck/face pain due to many TMJ surgeries, reactions to recalled implants that caused some auto-immune problems. The list goes on. I'd like to support and get support from others in chronic pain. Please add me.

I can relate. But, shake it off and embrace what you've lost and be proud. I hate seeing pictures of myself. Even lastnight we took pics and I hate them. I think it goes deeper than "i look fat" etc. when I weighed 132 I used to think that I was so fat. I believed that, it's what I saw. However, don't let that be a reason…

I wish you luck in losing weight. You can do it. You've already succeeded in getting of the dope which shows that you are not a quitter. You got this, not to sound cliche but one day at a time. I'm fairly new about 55 days but you can add me if you like. Be strong. You have s lot of support here.

Hated and I mean hated turning the Big 50!! Now that I'm pushing 56 on May 3rd, all I can say is that I'm grateful for being alive and happy. My one regret is that I didn't get serious about my Heath earlier. I refuse to carry any regrets and waste any time. To those in their 20s-30s, you may think " they're old already…

This I s a great idea!! A few weeks ago I went with coworkers to TGIF and I did check out the menu online prior to going and it helped so much. Also, unbelievable the calories in so much of the food and appetizers. Really makes you think very carefully about what you are going to put in your mouth.

Great job!! It feels great reaching our goals. You look great. I can't wait to reach my goals. So far, I've lost 18.4 and I've set my goals into increments of 20lbs. Almost reaching my first goal. Hi Taylor How are you doin? I too have trouble with meals. I tend to eat the same things til I get sick of them then on to something else. I do eat "regular" food though I watch how much I eat if it. A lot of the "so-called" diet foods are loaded with sodium and preservatives so why not eat the good stuff. I also find that…

You're doing great!! I'm diabetic and recently came off insulin and had my metformin lowered. I am thrilled. I find that by logging my food it keeps me in check. It's easy to forget that candy bar(example)if it's not written down and they easily add up to weight gain. So, for me logging everything helps a lot. Keep up the…
