I lift very heavy 5-6 times a week and am very active. I use Liporidex stack with great success. MAX15 (energy, fat burning, appetite suppression) and PM (non-stim) fat burners as well, PRE/T Pre-workout-gives me amazing energy and pump without too much caffeine and Post workout-POS/T, which is great for muscle recovery…

I would love to drop another 10-15 lbs of fat and build more muscle, it is super hard now because I do not feel the sense of urgency. But it would be so amazing to be able to get there. Just need accountability :)

Yup...squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts and more. Lift heavy with focus on glutes/legs. Reduce body fat. Building a booty takes lots of work and time :)

You are only 8 weeks after pretty major change for your body, your hormones are still adjusting. Keep that in mind and be gentle with yourself! I might have missed if you are breastfeeding, but if you are, you should eat for that-not for weight loss. Also, 1200 is quite low number IMO.

I would definitely so no to "diet pills" and yes-Alii will make you crap your pants, it says it on the box, LOL. But I definitely have to say yes to high quality supplements for increased energy, appetite suppression and maybe a little bit of increased metabolism to support proper nutrition and exercise. I see many people…

Well, I am new here so in advance I apologize for not knowing what is CICO, you guys have sugar wars here and what is the misinformation? Just want to learn.
-
can you guys explain?

62 g is not bad. The daily recommendation when you don't want to lose weight is about 90 g for average adult. Natural sugars in fruit are wonderful but in my opinion if you really want to see dramatic weight reduction you might consider limiting your fruit intake and see the effect it has on your body-everybody is…
