Eating mostly fruits and veggies is not unhealthy and no one said that. But drinking them and not adding in protein for long periods of time is unhealthy. If you think you can do this long term and not have health problems, more power to you. Again, a fast for a day or so is one thing, if it's something your doctor thinks…

Hmm, doesn't sound healthy. Most fasts are for a day to 3, no more. Your body needs more than just 'juice'. Especially if you are exercsing, your body needs fuel. I'm not a professional but I say healthy foods, water and exercise will get you where you wanna be. It may be slow, but there's a reason it takes time to lose…

I had a super high sodium day yesterday so todays weight isn't true. Leaving my EW as my SW. Maybe next time... Good luck all!

I later blogged about my WYW experiences, if you care to read them. Just keep your head held high. Piss on those who don't understand common sense, common courtesy, and respect.

I hate reading about these kind of things, I wish people would grow up! I had similar experiences, many times throughout my life, I finally use it to my advantage. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/BrunetteWife/view/wear-you-weight-in-the-beginning-31258 Use it as fuel.

I have a rough anniversary to get past Oct 29th and then again Nov 9th (marks the one year of my husbands grandparents passing away. It's gonna be hard…

Wow, such great losses!! Keep it up everyone! And if you are like me and having a Mexican standoff with your scale, hang in there. I know a few others that have been bouncing around for a long time with me, it's easy to be disappointed, but remember to look back. A month ago. A year ago. What were you doing then? What CAN…

Hubby is still laid off so my caring for th scale isn't really there. I go to the gym when I can (pre-paid), but mostly just go to the park. As for food choices, far and few between. I work 22hrs a week on minimum (which isn't much here) and things are rough. Hoping for things to fall through soon for us.. On a happier…

Went to the Lake of the Ozarks from Friday to Monday, was nice to be away from home but my eating was far from healthy. So I won't look at the scale til Fri, maybe not even til next week.. we'll see how I feel Fri morning. My HMT is going well, I'm still on track. Today is my 'other exercise' day so that means it's Zumba…
