I don't think anyone was trying to be rude. It can just be a bit overwhelming to see such a long list post after post after post and it takes up a lot of room. I second this one. I appreciate the offer to help, but it makes it much harder to find other posts.. and I agree, we strive for 5lbs a month, but we're always here for support and don't really make it about the number on the scale...

I know a stationary bike is different from a 'regular' bike, but I did 31min at the gym today and went 7miles... 7.01miles to be exact, lol :)

sw 195.6 and now.. 197.6 I'm a little upset with myself. But I've joined a gym 2weeks ago and changed up my routine and I started lifting weights last week (3x a week from now on) so I'm sure it will take a little time to et the scale going the right way again. Keep up the good work everyone and see ya next month :)

It's not in there. MFP has mostly basic exercises.. If you have a HRM, just create your own exercise labeled Zumba and enter your calories from your HRM, otherwise, try general dancing. MFP often sets calories burned too high, maybe check out the activity calculator on caloriesperhour.com, it's very close to what my heart…

If you use photobucket or similar, copy the 'IMG' code and change the letters 'IMG' to lower case in the front and back of the code :)

From todays 758cal burn at the gym doing ellip/tread/weights by the time I took the pic, I wasn't so red and sweaty looking, but my shirt really was near my torso and back.. naturally you can't see it in the pic..
