Iarted it last summer and lost 15lbs in 9weeks and yes, do it 3 days a week :) It was a great experience . Just pace yourself, you can always work on speed later, which is what I'm doing now :)

The sweat mode isn't reall an accurate calorie counter. I would look up dancing, general and use that until you could get a HRM (ebay or amazon both have good deals on them). Good luck.

Ok, I think I'm skipping my weigh in tomorrow and just gonna use my last weigh in.. so 193.2 it is. I went out for lunch AND dinner with the in laws and some friends, and while I did enjoy myself, I know my weigh will be high due to sodium. Good luck all and see ya in 2 weeks!

Just completed my 'virtual 5k' in my neighborhood and beat my personal best with a 40:27. I have my McKendree Ramble into Spring 5k next Saturday and I'm kind ahoping I break into the 30s..even if it's 39:50 :) Enjoy your weekend everyone!

Went out to dinner with the hubs to a BBQ place and 'Take Me Out' started playing, I totally busted out some moves in the booth...never seen Nick turn that many shades of red that quick!! He's lucky I wasn't drinking cause I probably would have busted out the moves on the floor :)

Well, I did it!! Not only did I get rid of water weight due to TOM, I also passed 193.9 which means I've officially lost 50lbs on my journey!! Final weigh in for this challenge: 193.2! Good luck all!! Thanks for hosting!
