That may be, but natural sugars are FAR better for you than processed sugars like candy bars, cake, etc. That's what I was getting at.

Results from the 5k are in. My official time was 38:34 (which I still saw 38:14 when I crossed the line, but so be it) which I'm still beyond stoked that I did that much! And out of 209 people, I placed 115th :) Now to increase my speed a little more. I broke into the 30s, now I wanna hit 35. I got this!

I'm pretty close to the same amount. I was using caloriesperhour.com before I got my HRM and they are pretty close to each other. Often the site was underestimating. As long as you have all your stuff programed in correctly, it's suppose to be the most accurate. :)
