Take your weight, divide THAT number in half and then whatever it is, drink that in ounces. Like, say you way 200, half being 100, drink 100oz a day :) *edited* I think I read your post wrong. I bought the first one in May last year and accompanied with walking, I did see results. I then started Couch to 5k and lost an additional 15lbs when added to ^ .. so yes, I'd say it works!

I'm actually a C25K grad..I started when I weighed 230 and was 15lbs lighter in 9weeks when I graduated. However, I was S L O W, very slow. I did manage 2.75miles on my final day but still. FINALLY PASSED MY PRE-CHRISTMAS WEIGHT! Yay!!!!
