My thoughts on weight loss/gain is never set the bar too high. Set a realistic, achievable goal such as 5 lbs and aim for that. When you get there you will feel a real sense of having succeeded. Then set another goal of a further 5 lbs and keep working away at small bite sized amounts that you can see yourself reaching.…

Totally agree with dvsiinofx, I eat dark chocolate everyday after a meal. This is my way of cutting out unnecessary sugar while getting a sweet treat!
