@dawnna76 not the slowest runner, I'm between 14:30 and 17:00 minute miles. I walk about as fast as I run most days. A mile is a mile, don't care how long it takes me, just that I ran the whole thing.

Confession time: I'm slightly terrified to leave the comfort of my treadmill and run outside. It's gorgeous here in southern Alberta this weekend and I'm going to run on the treadmill. My water is right there, Netflix, my towel. My treadmill paces me and I'm so afraid of getting bored running outside alone. Am I crazy?!

Great start to the month everyone! My month is not starting out how I wanted, my darling husband shared his cold with me and it's settled in my chest. So rest and fluids and hopefully be back at it soon. Keep up the great work, I'll join you all soon!!!
